Discover the secrets of favorite Thai restaurants in the Northwest and learn about some of the popular dishes that make this cuisine a destination. Start by making Som Tam Thai, a green papaya salad with dried shrimp, followed by Vietnamese Fish Sauce Wings, a dish that put Thai food on everybody's mind and made it a favorite foodie destination. Finally, learn to make Phat Phak Ruam Mit, so much more than just stir fried vegetables. Bring an apron, knife and take-home containers.
