In this class, you will prepare and eat the famous small plates of food that are traditionally served in the bars in Spain. Prepare to be blown away by the simplicity, ease and deliciousness of Tortilla Espanola, Gazpacho Soup, Serrano Ham and Manchego Crostini, Pulpo Gallego (Octopus with Potatoes), and side sauces of Aioli and Romesco.
