Course Detail: Warming Soups & Stews
Stay warm this winter with new recipes and techniques for making homemade soups and stews. In this class, students will make New England Clam Chowder as well as Beef Bourguignon. Add a grilled Caesar salad or simple elegant dinner salad to accompany either dish to create a great homemade meal that is affordable and easy to make. Bring an apron, knife and take home containers.
