Course Detail: Handmade Pasta, Gnocchi & Risotto
Learn how to make handmade pappardelle, delicious light potato gnocchi and creamy rich risotto like a native Italian. Students will pair the pasta with a classic marinara sauce, the gnocchi with a brown butter sage sauce and the risotto with roasted mushrooms. Discover tips and tricks to making these traditional Italian dishes. Delizioso! Bring an apron, a knife and take-home containers.
