Course Detail: International Sunday Dinners: The Mediterranean
This class takes students on a journey to the Mediterranean where they will prepare Greek Moussaka, a traditional Greek recipe that combines delicious layers of minced beef, sweet eggplant and creamy bechamel sauce. Complete this Greek meal with Philo Crusted Spanakopita and a Tomato Feta Salad. This delicious dinner is sure to comfort your family during the change of seasons. Bring an apron, knife and take home containers.
