Course Detail: Spice it Up! Creative and Healthy Indian Herbs & Spices
Are you tired of serving up the same rotation of meals? Are you curious about the use of those herbs and spices you see at the grocery store but have no idea how to use? Then this class is for you! We will prepare and eat a vibrant array of Indian dishes that are comforting, warming and vegetarian. Impress yourself and impress your dinner guests with: Lentil Dal and Chapati, Grilled Paneer Cheese with Eggplant and Pomegranate with fresh herbs, Mango Lassi and for dessert, Coconut Cake with Rosewater. You will also be introduced to the ancient practice of "Ayurveda," where food is medicine.
