Course Detail: International Sunday Dinners: French Country Cuisine
This class will explore classic French Country Cuisine, preparing Coq Au Vin. Learn French cooking techniques while preparing this delicious French dish of chicken braised with wine, lardons and mushrooms. Students will learn proper cooking techniques while preparing Potatoes Anna and Haricots Verts, the perfect side dishes to complete this comforting Sunday evening meal that is sure to please and delight any family. Please bring an apron, knife and take home containers.
