Course Detail: The Art of Filled Pastas
Learn the simplicity and beauty of making handcrafted filled pastas. Chef Candy will teach you how to create traditional Italian pasta from scratch along with a number of delicious fillings and complimentary sauces. The menu for the day may include spinach and ricotta ravioli, meat tortellini, and chard and goat cheese agnolotti. Bring an apron, chef's knife and take-home containers.
