Course Detail: Fall Harvest Baking
Using the bounties of the fall harvest, learn how to make a maple pecan pumpkin pie, a savory butternut squash and gruyere galette, and sweet potato biscuits. Bring an apron, a sharp chef's knife, a lunch, and take home containers. A foil pie pan will be provided but you may bring your own 9" pie pan if you prefer.
