Course Detail: Fall Harvest Baking
Using the bounties of the fall harvest students will learn to make a maple pecan pumpkin pie, a savory butternut squash and gruyere galette, and sweet potato biscuits. Bring an apron, a sharp chefs knife, a lunch, and containers for your goodies. We will provide a foil pie pan but if you prefer you may bring your own 9" pie pan.
