Not sure how to accommodate the dietary needs of your family and friends during the holidays? Are you confused by the differences between gluten-free and vegan diets, but want to make sure you have something for everyone? Discover how to create incredibly tasty and festive holiday dishes that will delight all the folks at your table! Students will leave class with an understanding of gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan diets, and spend time creating an appetizer, side dish, main dish and dessert that will accommodate these lifestyles. Bring an apron, knife, and take home containers.
