Course Detail: Make Your Own Bratwurst
You don't have to be German to love Bratwurst. Learn how to make fresh Bratwurst from start to finish. Class will explore different sausages and curing techniques, then jump right into making this fresh sausage just in time for grilling season. Traditional sides that will go well with Bratwurst such as Blaukraut and German Potato Salad will also be included in instruction. Please bring an apron, a knife, and take-home containers.
