Course Detail: Want to be a Chef?
Calling all amateur and experienced chefs. Work side by side with Cascade Culinary Institute (CCI) students as you explore the exciting world of Culinary Arts. This class will take your chef skills to the next level as you discover the tools and equipment found in professional kitchens. You will "get a taste" of the restaurant industry, while learning cooking techniques and flavor profiling. Students will taste and evaluate their creations to enhance their learning experience. Required Materials: Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts toolkit and complete CCI uniform - All are sold at the COCC Bookstore or chefworks.com.
