You'll be able to have homemade breads for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. These recipes let you mix, bake, and have breads out of the oven in less than an hour. Students will leave class with experience creating breads that don't need rise time and utilize artisan ingredients. Bring an apron and take home containers.
