Join Chef Shannon with this hands-on International Sunday Dinner series. The winter series kicks off in the American South and brings a new twist to a favorite Sunday dinner. While learning knife skills and other essential cooking techniques, students will prepare Adobo Fried Chicken with Tasso Ham Macaroni & Cheese and Braised Greens with Bacon & Sweet Onions. This delicious and comforting meal is sure to please your family and become a new favorite. Please bring an apron, knife and take home containers.
