Course Description: Business Core Discipline: Business Planning Made Easy

Whether you are launching a start-up or you are already an established business owner, you need a solid business plan to help you navigate the times and manage your operations. Put your ideas into a workable plan and ensure that your business is viable! We can help you forecast sales & expenses, identify a target market, as well as develop other key elements of a business plan that will serve you going forward. Includes free access to LivePlan� business planning software for three months. Three teaching sessions with one-to-one individual advising sessions in-between.

Dave Grotjahn

Biography: Dave is a retired Senior Finance Leader from Boeing Commercial Airplane Company with over 34 years of experience. He has led program financial planning and analysis, investments in capital and tooling, investor relations and estimating and pricing strategies. Dave has developed long-range business plans and is also adept at lean manufacturing and process improvement activities.
Dave holds a degree in finance from the University of Washington, an MBA from Seattle University, and is a non-licensed CPA. He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain climbing, and time spent with his wife and adult children.

Students must cancel by contacting our office via phone: (541) 383-7270 or email: ceinfo@cocc.edu. Cancellations received 5 days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Full refunds are also issued for classes cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued back to your card or in the form of a check and mailed within two weeks of the cancellation date if paid by check or cash. Failure to participate in a course or program does not result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course descriptions on our website and in the printed schedule.
