Course Detail: Yoga for Mind & Body Fitness
Experience yoga in an inclusive and comfortable environment. Learn fundamental yoga poses with a sense of exploration and mindfulness of breath. Gain muscle awareness while focusing on pain-free range of motion. Yoga can help to create a stress-free place in your life by incorporating awareness of physical and mental fitness. All experience and skill levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat. Use of props is encouraged. Props will be available for use during class.
