Course Detail: Yoga for Fitness
This class connects the body and the breath to ease overactive minds while reducing stress. Explore the use of sports science and alignment principles for safe flowing movements and asanas. Improve strength and flexibility, develop greater balance and enhance feelings of well-being. Essential oils are used in class to enhance deeper relaxation. All skill levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, a firm blanket and a yoga strap.
