Course Detail: Core Strength, Muscle Endurance & Injury Prevention
Build core strength and muscle endurance in a supportive environment. Focus will be on proper technique, using movements that emphasize injury resilience and prevention. Targeted exercises will be used to gradually build strength, stamina, confidence and body awareness. All skill levels are welcome. Class will take place both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting.
