Course Detail: Belly Dance
Learn the captivating movements, isolations and shimmies of Egyptian belly dance. This class introduces and reviews all the basic moves, then gently leads into combinations and short choreographies. Instructor Califa Kane breaks down the moves so every student feels comfortable and achieves success. Students will also receive coaching on performance skills and stage presence. Belly dance boosts mood, builds core strength and flexibility, and is a great way to release the stresses of everyday life. All skill levels welcome. No previous dance or performance experience required.
