Course Description: Tai Chi for Health™

This course is appropriate for anyone who wants a slower Tai Chi course or those dealing with chronic health conditions. The slow, gentle, and simple movements help facilitate healing and improve range of motion, flexibility, and balance. Dr. Paul Lam, in conjunction with medical experts, created Tai Chi for Health? programs that are enjoyable and easy to learn no matter your physical condition, age, or prior knowledge of Tai Chi. Students may sit for all or part of the course. This course is offered through Oregon Tai Chi Wushu with certified instructor Maureen Benet.
