Course Description: Contractors CCB Test Prep

Contractors must take a 16-hour state-approved course to satisfy the educational requirement for Oregon construction contractor licensing. Take this two-day live class to prepare for the state-mandated test (not included) to become a licensed contractor. Required manual included. This class is based on the NASCLA Contractors Guide to Business, Law and Project Management, Oregon Construction Contractors.
This Test Prep class is offered every six to eight weeks.

ML Vidas

Biography: Local architect ML Vidas has been teaching live contractor education classes since 2010. ML has more than nine years experience in teaching, and extensive experience in architectural design including LEED and Earth Advantage credentials. She uses a variety of techniques to help her students understand key concepts and critical information. Participants in her classes often praise ML's "ability to keep a group with diverse backgrounds engaged over two days while covering a significant amount of material!"

Students must cancel by contacting our office via phone: (541) 383-7270 or email: ceinfo@cocc.edu. Cancellations received 5 days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Full refunds are also issued for classes cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued back to your card or in the form of a check and mailed within two weeks of the cancellation date if paid by check or cash. Failure to participate in a course or program does not result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course descriptions on our website and in the printed schedule.
