Course Detail: CE.ESP-100 - Camden County College - Cougar Esports Summer Esports Experience
DESCRIPTION
Join us for an intense, eight-day esports experience designed for players looking to elevate their skills related to competitive video gaming. Whether you're a seasoned player or looking to take your game play to the next level, this experience will focus on competitive gaming, content creation, teamwork, and career opportunities within the esports industry. Students will gain first-hand esports event experience through the planning and implementation of a live esports event on the final day.
- Practice and hone your gaming skills in the state-of-the-art Cougar Esports Arena.
- Build essential skills like communication, teamwork, leadership, and game sense.
- Discover professional strategies for achieving success in live-streaming and content creation.
- Get a behind-the-scenes look at the world of collegiate-level esports.
- Gain valuable insights from experienced coaches and current players.
DAY/TIME
- Camp runs daily (Mon - Thurs) from 9 AM to 4 PM in the Cougar Esports Arena.
- Lunch is BYO or available for pre-order.
AGES
- Ideal for High School students, ages 13 to 18, in the Delaware Valley region who are looking to level up their gameplay and/or are aspiring collegiate esports athletes.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Skill Level: ALL skill levels welcome (from beginners to advanced players).
- Required Equipment: All equipment will be provided, however students may bring their own gaming headset and/or personal gear if preferred.
