This three (3) day course is designed tofamiliarize officers and dispatchers with streetlevel Spanish which will emphasize colloquialphrases/survival phrases and discernible aptitudelevel of the officer. This will enhance skillsin communicating with and assisting thosenon-English speaking members of the Hispaniccommunity.
