WineLogic I - IntroductoryKdV Wine ServicesAbstract:WineLogic Introduction offers a comprehensive and engaging way to understand the fundamentalsof wine production and develop skills in tasting and evaluating wines, focusing on key winevarieties. The course provides some background information on principal grape growing regions,flavor profiles, and highlights stylistic differences. Participants will have the opportunity to explore18 wines in this interactive experience, which also includes principals deciphering wine labels andbasics of food and wine pairing.Objectives:? Learn how to evaluate wines using a general tasting format.? Understand the basics of what wine is, and how it's made.? Gain an understanding of some basic wine varieties and regions.?
