The Physical Conditioning Training Program isdesigned to develop a trainee's level of physicalfitness in order to perform physically demandingpolice tasks, as well as to instill within thetrainee a desire to maintain a high level offitness throughout his or her lifetime. Thegoals of this training program are to prepare thetrainee to meet the requirements of the job,educate the trainee on the importance ofmaintaining a health-oriented lifestyle, providepositive reinforcement for the trainee to developand maintain a high level of physical fitness.This course is for Police Academy Recruits only.This course is only for current Police, Corrections & JDO recruits.
