This two (2) day course is designed to build uponthe student's current handgun skills and tointroduce more advance techniques. Topics ofinstruction include shooting on the move, naturaland unorthodox shooting positions, individual andteam live fire exercises, high speed shootingdrills, multiple threat assessment and engaging,strong and support side shooting, clearingmalfunctions, shooting from cover and vehicles,and low light operations. ***This is an advanceshooting course (NOT A BASIC COURSE OR REMEDIAL)course. This is not a remedial basic class forofficers. ***NOTE: All Firearms Courses at the Camden CountyCollege Police Academy require participation inphysical activities such as light running,sit-ups, push-up, etc. Registration is limited tostudents capable of full participation.BDUs or Class B uniforms are appropriate.
