The New Jersey Police Training Commission (PTC) course is designed for those who wish to be radar instructors. The course will include basic principles of radar speed measurement, speed offenses and enforcement, operation of specific radar devices and managing, instruction, and record keeping.*PREREQUISITES: Radar Operator Certification -supply a copy of the certification; Two (2) years of Radar Operator experience; Methods of Instruction - supply a copy of the certification.
