This two day course is designed for patrolofficers of all ranks and experience. This coursefocuses proactive patrol techniquest to conductthorough and safe stops of all kinds. This coursecovers numerous aspects of proactive patrolin-depth, including but not limited to: how tobuild reasonable articulable suspicion, officersafety techniques, DUI investigations, narcoticsinvestigations, white-collar crime investigations,and supporting officers responsibilities. Officers will have a better understanding of how a"typical" stop can lead to a significant case. Officers will learn to focus on the who, what,when, where, and why rather than the standardperception of what a suspect is and how theybehave.
