This (1) day course is designed to focus on the Domestic Violence investigation and interaction with the court system and victim/witness advocates. This course will address concepts that will help to enhance police patrol, and investigative aspects of a Domestic Violence case, evidence, photographs, search warrants, warrants, restraining orders, Domestic Violence law, and other domestic violence paperwork. This course will discuss the interaction with victim/witness advocates services and the Court system.
