This three (3) day course is designed for therecewntly assigned field training officer,veteran training officers, and those whosupervise training programs. The course focuseson the field training officer's role inevaluation, teaching documentation, remedialtraining, and effects of the field trainingofficer's style and beliefs on recruit growth andachievement. Additional topics will includelegal and ethical issues in recruit selections,training, and evaluation using standardizedrating procedures, teaching principles, andmethodology.
