This is a great class for the new pump operator or the seasoned pump operator who wants to brush up on their skills. We will discuss the different types of hose, nozzles, and appliances that we see today on the fire ground. Students will learn about different pressures associated with each type of hose, nozzle, and appliances. We will demonstrate the use and differences of different types of hose, nozzles, and appliances. Using different flow meters and newer technology we will demonstrate on how to test the pressure of pre connected hose lines of different sizes.Requirement(s) Students will need to bring their own lunch, required PPEPre-Requisite NJ DFS CERTIFIED FIREFIGHTER 1
