This program will consist of a current PowerPointpresentation in culmination with open dialogbetween the students and the Instructor. Thestudents will learn the importance of theobservations and the actions taken by all firstresponders. Real case histories of lessonslearned will be discussed. This program isextremely important to those who wish to furthertheir position within the emergency services.
