Course Detail: CLDR145 - Podcasting

Podcasting: Learn the art of podcasting from conception to publication in this engaging and hands-on course. Discover the essentials of planning a podcast, mastering the use of equipment, editing techniques, and explore effective marketing strategies. Gain insights into sustaining audience engagement and monetization options. By the end of the course, you'll have the skills to create and promote your own successful podcast.

Rob Lee will be assisting Dr. Scott in this course. He is a podcasting content expert and cultural curator from Baltimore, Maryland. With over ten years of experience in podcasting and data analytics, Rob guides clients in podcast marketing and brand development. His podcast, "Truth in this Art," received recognition as Baltimore's Best Podcast by Baltimore Magazine in 2022. Rob is excited to share his expertise and help aspiring podcasters bring their visions to life.

This Course is eligible for 1-credit of elective credit in the Master of Professional Studies in Community Leadership upon approval of the Graduate Program Director. To transfer credit upon completion of course contact GPD Sally Scott at  sjscott@umbc.edu.
