SIUE offers programs designed for a lifetime of learning and personal growth. Expert presenters provide insight on a range of topics covering history, culture, art, current events, health and nutrition. Membership for the semester is $45 per person, per semester with the option to buy campus parking.

This session will introduce participants to written Arabic. It's not as difficult and complicated as many assume. You'll discover that Arabic is logical and, compared to English, relatively simple. We'll cover the basics: history, script, basic word formation, and calligraphy. We'll top it off by writing our names in Arabic script.
