The Percussion Institute is a total percussion experience camp for 6th-12th grade students.


June 2-5, 2025, Dunham Hall - Main Hallway
The SIUE Summer Jazz Camp is available for students of all experience levels entering grades 8-12. Campers will learn performance and improvisation techniques from faculty members in the SIUE jazz department.


July 14-17, 2025, Dunham Hall - Main Hallway
The Midwest Flute Institute @ SIUE provides an engaging and nurturing environment to all flute students ages 10-18. This camp offers a safe space for students of all levels to develop their flute skills in a fun and exciting atmosphere that is inspiring for all.


June 9-12, 2025, Dunham Hall - Main Hallway
The Musical Theater Workshop will provide participants with in-depth experience in musical theater training for those entering grades 7 and above.


July 21-25, 2025, Dunham Hall - Main Hallway
Music camp for violin, viola and cello students. Must be able to read music at a Suzuki book 2 level and above.


July 7-11, 2025, Dunham Hall - Main Hallway
The 2025 SIUE Vocal Arts Camp is an opportunity for middle & high school singers (ages 12-18, grades 7-12) to share a summer full of exciting opportunities in a wide range of music genres and in different settings. We will be focusing on healthy and beautiful choral singing experience, and a creative and inclusive camp culture.


July 28, 2025 to August 1, 2025, Dunham Hall - Main Hallway
For any middle school or junior high school wind or percussion student, grades 6-10. Activities focus on developing individual and ensemble instrumental performance skills; exposure to varied musical activities: performances, clinics, and sectionals by SIUE faculty and students, developing rhythmic and melodic reading skills, tone quality, intonation, phrasing, and style, embouchure, posture, hand position, and practice habits.
