Instructor: Michael Voelkel

Mike Voelkel, RLA, LEED AP, is a Partner at LVF Landscape Architects. Prior to starting his own firm, Mike was a Senior Associate at Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, overseeing some of the firm's most technically complex projects. With over 15 years of experience, his built work totals over $400 Million and ranges in scale from residential gardens to public parks and large infrastructure projects.

Mike holds a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from the University of Colorado. While at Cornell, he was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant Award for his role in teaching a course on Site Construction.
