Angel Hong
Biography:

Dr. Angel Hong graduated from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic.  She specializes in Sacro- Occipital Technique (SOT) which is a low force manipulation utilizing blocks and working with internal organs through reflex points and cranial work.


Dr. Hong is also a trained acupuncturist from the National University of Health and Science in Chicago, IL.  She received both her Diplomat in Chiropractic Acupuncture from the American Board of Chiropractic Acupuncture (DABCA) and is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).


Dr. Hong is a co-founder of Healing Heroes in the Heartland, a 501(c)3 non for profit organization. She provides her services to active duty service members and veterans who are overcoming Post Traumatic Stress and other related symptoms.  She was recognized by local Vietnam Veterans of America chapter 299 and others.  You can visit www.healingheroesintheheartland.org for more information.


Dr. Hong is currently employed by Veterans Affairs with the Iowa City Health Network as a Chiropractic Physician and as an Acupuncturist.
