Larry Spicer
Biography:

Dr. Spicer has been in the health care profession for 51 years as a lecturer, author, educator,practitioner, consultant and regulator, and has recently become certified in animal chiropractic. He has taught many health care subjects including radiation physics, anatomy, physiology, and chiropractic technique, as well as regulatory and professional boundary issues. He has taught throughout the country and in many other parts of the world including Japan and Korea, where he was one of the instructors for the medical component of the Korean Olympic Committee preparing for the 1988 Olympics.  


Dr. Spicer recently retired after 24 years as the Executive Director of the Minnesota Board of Chiropractic Examiners, which was selected as the Outstanding Chiropractic Licensing Board in the country three years after he took office, and in 2003 he was recognized as the outstanding chiropractic regulator in the country. Dr. Spicer currently serves as adjunct faculty at Northwestern Health Sciences University.
