CAHC04 - Chiropractic Acupuncture Hybrid Certificate #4 of 4

This 17-hour session and its four-hour online component serves to cover Gua Sha and provide a review, preparation and delivery of the final written and practical examinations you need to pass in order to successfully complete the program. This is s summary of what will be covered in person.

6.0Hours            Review of the history, patterns anddiagnostic criteria including tongue diagnosis, point selection principles andpatterns on how to choose acupuncture points for TCM aliment. Extensive reviewof final and practical needling and case studies will be presented.

4.0 Hours           Introductionto pulse diagnosis - uses, theory and identification of different pulsepatterns.  Extensive supervisedlaboratory practicum will be used to instruct attendees in the use and practiceof taking pulses and the identification and meaning of the pulses.

2.0 Hours           Gua Sha practice anddemonstration with extensive supervised laboratory practicum will be used toinstruct attendees in the use of different mediums such as lubricants and toolsas well as strokes for common conditions.

2.5 Hours           Final written examination

2.5 Hours           Final practical examination (one must serve as a patient for another testtaker)
