Rick Lochner is an accomplished coach, facilitator, college professor, keynote and workshop speaker, author and foremost, a leader. His vision is to help business owners, corporate and non-profit teams and individual professionals make leadership a way of life. Rick grew up in the military. During the 20 years his father was in the army Rick and his brothers and sister moved 26 times. He learned to adapt quickly to his changing environments and from an early age became a very goal-driven individual. Rick has over 30 years of leadership experience in the military, fortune 100 companies, and through his own entrepreneurial and non-profit ventures. Rick is the author of The Missing Piece - Achieving Sustainable Success through Business Alignment.

Managing Change

There is a saying that change is constant yet growth is not. As humans are hard-wired for consistency and stability, managing change is one of the most difficult challenges leaders face today. In this interactive session, participants will learn how to manage both the substantive and the emotional elements of change as well as how to best effectively communicate in change situations. Participants will also learn methods and tools to effectively manage resistance to change, an occurrence that is a given in any change situation, regardless of the level or complexity of the change effort.
