Course Detail: CCFP - Spring Roll Symphony! Crafting Crispy & Fresh Spring Roll Delights

No need to look beyond your own kitchen for restaurant-quality spring rolls! Whether you are looking to host a memorable Dim Sum get-together or simply want to create something fresh and bright to welcome in the spring, this is the taste you have been looking for! Chef Tess will help you create two types of spring rolls bursting with a symphony of flavors bold and bright enough to wake up any and all taste buds. Your choice of meat (chicken or pork) and veggies will fill the crispy spring rolls, and fresh veggies and your precooked protein will fill the fresh spring rolls. Customize the filling ingredients and seasonings to your taste or dietary preferences. Dive into the world of spring rolls and learn the techniques used to create fillings, as well as how to wrap, roll, and cook these delightful packets of bright deliciousness! You'll also get tips on freezing and reheating.

The week of class, you will receive an email with the Zoom video conferencing link and an ingredient and supply list to prepare for the class. A few days after the class, you will receive an additional email with the recipes used during the class. 

The registration fee covers immediate family members living in the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.
