Course Detail: GCLR-1029 - Strength & Conditioning
Provides improved knowledge of physical fitness conditioning techniques.Students will be able to demonstrate basic vocabulary, and applied application towards general anatomy, Functional training, Dynamic motor movements, Plyometric training, medicine ball training, periodization, and goal attainment skills, techniques for; flexibility, strength, power, and physical fitness.
