Scheduling, Tracking and Reporting
Microsoft® Project is introduced in this module allowing the students to master the software while planning the work involved in the project and determining the project schedule. After finalizing the project plan, the project baseline is set against which progress is tracked and performance is measured so that corrective action can be taken. Students then master the aspects of Microsoft® Project used in tracking projects, controlling project variances, and creating management status reports.
