Courses

Our program emphasizes the eight elements of movement: centering, gravity, balance, posture, gesture, rhythm, moving in space, and breathing.


This course contains no sessions
Students who are level Intermediate A, Intermediate B, and Advanced are able to participate in a Summer courses. Choose the number of classes per week you wish to take from the drop-down, and then choose your level under "options."
