Take a step behind the scenes and uncover the mysteries of artificial intelligence! This program readies the next generation of AI engineers as they work with customized machine learning models for a variety of scenarios. Students will also gain experience in block-based coding skills while building interactive projects and games. From simulating self-driving race cars to teaching robots how to play video games, push the boundaries of what is possible with the help of A.I. Students will work in pairs or teams for most of the program. Ages 10-15.

Get ready to whisk, mix and bake your way into the holiday spirit! In this fun and festive four-hour camp, students will learn hands-on bread-making skills while creating three different yeast breads: challah, a braided loaf bread; a twisted cardamom bread loaded with holiday spice; and fluffy, festive hot cross buns. Campers will enjoy a cup of hot cocoa together at the end of class to celebrate their baking success. Ages 10-15.

Learn the basics of coding languages like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS through a series of web projects and design challenges each day, and be on your way to becoming the next tech star! Whether you want to be a Silicon Valley CEO or the high school student who just made $1 million dollars for programming in her bedroom, this course has the essentials you need to begin your journey. Projects will be available on a Black Rocket website to share with friends and family. Returning students can create more advanced projects that build on previous years. Ages 10-15.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of buttery, golden crusts and irresistible fillings. From sweet treats like apple crumble pie with a cinnamon roll base to savory eats like a classic quiche, this one-day camp provides pie-making tips and tricks that guarantee flaky layers and delicious results. Students will prepare and take home two pies in this camp, one savory and one sweet.

This two-day Youth Camp over Spring Break will show students how easy it is to create something sweet and satisfying at home without complicating things in the kitchen. With simple ingredients, limited equipment and just one bowl, Quick Cakes are proof that homemade doesn't have to mean hard work. Come ready to mix, bake and taste the joy of effortless baking! Quick cakes learned in the camp include: Orange Olive Oil Cake, Carrot Cake and Hummingbird Cake. Ages 10-15.

Mangia! Mangia! This two-day Youth Camp over Spring Break takes the mystery out of homemade pasta and puts the f-u-n in tasty Italian ravioli and calzones; caprese and antipasto salad; and, of course, dessert. In addition to having fun, this camp aims to empower students in the kitchen with the confidence to be able to make two different Italian-themed dinners from start to finish. At the end of camp, students will be saying, "put your feet up, I'm cooking tonight!

Our classic game design camp reimagined to include even more of what you love! Make your first video game in this one-of-a-kind class that gives you the keys to designing your first 2D platformer game. Conceptualization, level design, graphics, sounds and simple coding are just some of the concepts that we'll explore. No prior experience is necessary, just a desire to have fun! Join kids around the country in our Creator Corps Community of Minecraft maniacs who play and create together. Each week have fun playing Minecraft and learning new tricks from our Minecraft Masters. Each Friday one of our Coaches will teach a new technique and challenge to the club and let you show off your skills. For students ages 10-15.

If you love the game Minecraft® and always wanted to design your own world, this class is for you! Learn how to create a custom map, design structures to share between worlds, build with Redstone and Command blocks and create custom textures for you to import at home or share with friends. Students must have the Java version of Minecraft to take this class. Tablet, phone and game console versions of Minecraft are not compatible. Returning students can create more advanced projects that build on previous years. Students will work in pairs or teams for most of the program. is compatible with MAC and Windows OS only. This Safe Sitter® program prepares students to be safe when they are home alone, watching younger siblings or babysitting. Students will learn first aid, choking infant/child rescue and infant/child CPR, in addition to how to deal with other potential dangers. The course teaches CPR but does not certify students in CPR. Ages 10-15.

Spend the day learning to use a sewing machine as you upcycle a pair of your old jeans. You can either flare a pair of jeans by adding fabric to the side of each pant leg, or upcycle the denim into a one-off custom handbag. You decide! We will also explore embellishments you could add to the bag or jeans later. Participants will come home with instructions for both projects. Ages 10-15.

Does your youth have a passion for storytelling and a dream of being on TV? This exciting camp is designed to ignite their creativity and provide an essential understanding of what it's like to work in front of - and behind - the broadcasting screen. Led by experienced TV Journalist and video producer Joe Camarlinghi, this youth camp will take your student on an immersive journey into the world of broadcasting. They'll learn the secrets of writing compelling news stories, delivering engaging on-camera reports and mastering the art of interviewing. Whether your student aspires to be a future YouTuber, a news anchor, or a sports commentator, this class will lay a solid foundation for their storytelling journey. They'll gain hands-on experience by creating their own newscast, giving them the confidence and skills to be a stronger public speaker and storyteller in the upcoming school year or for a future in TV broadcasting! Ages 10-15.

Explore the variety of content and personalities that exist on YouTube® and how to find your own niche. Learn the Dos and Don'ts of the platform and how to practice good digital citizenship.
