In this series of three class sessions and three advising sessions, as a business owner, you will set goals and engage in activities and consulting to 1) assess your business and develop strategies to improve its existing offerings to maximize profits, and 2) thoughtfully plan for future growth by adding new offerings, customers, markets, and/or partners. Please note that this series is designed for registered businesses already open to customers.
