Design your own fall-themed wooden door sign while enjoying coffee and donuts! You will have two fall-themed designs from which to choose. Class will begin with an instructor-led tutorial. Ever wondered what it would be like to be a meteorologist? How hard is it really to forecast the weather? This interactive class will answer these questions and more. Topics to be covered include the basics and history of meteorology, severe weather safety and forecasting, and climate studies and longterm forecasting. You will also have the opportunity to tour a local forecasting center and see meteorologists in action. Instructor: Augustine Iacopelli, Meteorologist
