Course Detail: CN-19-TVIW - Sixth Interstellar Symposium and Interstellar Propulsion Workshop
To register for the Sixth Interstellar Symposium and Interstellar Propulsion Workshop please complete the following steps:
1.From the drop down box under Session Detail select your Registration Fee. It will either be $300.00 for regular registration or $125.00 for student registration. If you select student registration the conference office will reach out to you to verify your student student status.
2.If your spouse will be attending select the box next to spouse registration. That cost is $125.00 and includes the Sunday evening reception, Monday dinner and lunch on Friday afternoon. All other meals for your spouse will be on their own. The spouse registration does not cover the Cosmosphere trip. You will need to purchase an additional ticket for your spouse to attend that outing.
3. If you will be attending any of the Sunday Seminars please select one for the morning and one for the afternoon. Additional fees are applicable for the Sunday sessions.
4.If you will be attending the Sunday evening reception select that box. There is no additional fee for the Sunday evening reception. Pre-registration is required so we can have accurate food and beverage counts.
5. If you will be attending the Cosmosphere trip select that box. This is an additional$50.00 fee and includes bus transportation to and from as well as dinner onsite and your ticket into the Cosmosphere.
6. Once you've selected all your extras click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the page.
7.Click the "Add Attendee" button at the bottom of the page.
8. Enter in the specified information. You do not need to enter any information in the License Type, Number or Date of Birth (for contact hours) field. Uncheck the box that says "skip company/organization information" and fill in your organization's information.
9. Click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.
10.Click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page.
11. Fill in the required information. Under the Billing Information section click the drop down box and tell us how you heard about this conference and then select the Total Amount to pay now or if your organization is paying for you and you need an invoice for them select the "Invoice Me" option. Please note if you selected the"Invoice Me" option you're payment is due no later than 1 week prior to the start of the conference or you will be removed from the Symposium roster.
12. Click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page.
13.Click the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page. If you opted to pay your fees via credit card or electronic check you'll be directed to a payment portal. If you selected the "Invoice Me" option then you'll be taken to a summary page and will receive a confirmation email. Please note if you selected the "Invoice Me"option you're payment is due no later than 1 week prior to the start of the conference or you will be removed from the Symposium roster.
Cancellation and Change Policy
All cancellation must be in writing. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed on all cancellations (this includes purchase orders and unpaid registrations).
