The National Rural Grocery Summit is the premier networking and resource-sharing venue for independent grocers and rural food access stakeholders. Due to COVID-19, the 2020 Summit was canceled. Yet, grocers continue to face a challenging and ever-changing retail landscape with disruptions in the supply chain, growing competition from dollar stores, the rise of e-commerce, and more. The 2022 Summit is more important than ever, providing a critical opportunity for participants to learn from and strategize with one another about sustaining rural grocery operations.
