This course focuses on the concept of adaptive change and the leadership skills law enforcement officials and executives need to lead their organizations successfully. The course provides leadership concepts taught at the Georgetown Public Policy Institute, Georgetown University, Washington, DC, and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA.
